Please do not post questions like: "I get an error when syncing items, does anyone know how to get around this?"

We need always the following info: GeniusConnect version and license (Demo, Private, Business, MultiUser), Outlook version (if Outlook runs on Exchange also Exchange version), Database (mySQL, MS SQL Server, etc.), error text, mapping/configuration description.

Install latest Outlook service packs
Many problems are Outlook related. Before you continue to more complex troubleshooting methods, check microsoft for latest Outlook bug fixes and service packs.

Microsoft does not support installing Exchange Server components and Outlook on the same computer on Exchange 2003 or lower versions
